1. Interpretation and Definitions
Company: Refers to KamBri Solutions LLC (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), located at 350 Northern Blvd. Suite 324-1410, Albany, NY 12204.
Goods: The items (digital or physical) purchased on our website.
Orders: Requests to purchase goods or services from us.

You: The individual or entity purchasing or using our services.
Delivered: Goods have been emailed or mailed to you.
2. Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order within three (3) business days of purchase before the order is completed or shipped.
Cancellations cannot be made after the order has been completed, delivered, or, for mailed orders, once a confirmation email with a tracking number has been sent.

3. Refunds and Fees
All customer-initiated refunds are subject to a $5 cancellation/processing fee.
Exceptions: This fee is waived if the refund is issued due to our error (e.g., incorrect document supplied).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 2–3 business days after approval.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund:
The goods have not been delivered.
For mailed orders, a confirmation email with tracking has not been sent.
Non-Refundable Goods
Goods that have already been received by you.
Goods that are no longer valid or have expired (e.g., traffic records over six months old).
Special Exceptions
If you received an item you did not intend to purchase (e.g., ordered a police report in error), we may refund the difference. The $5 cancellation fee will not apply if the error is on our side.
Sale items can be refunded as long as they meet the above conditions.
Refund Fee Waivers:
The $5 refund/cancellation fee will only be waived in the following circumstances:
If the refund is issued due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect document supplied or duplicate billing).
If the service was not delivered due to a technical or processing issue on our end.
If a mailed document is lost or damaged while in our custody before delivery.
Other exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion.
5. Returning Goods
Since our services are digital, there is no need to return any goods.
Do not mail any documents back to us, as all items contain private personal information.

We cannot be responsible for damages or losses after items are shipped via mail. Please contact the carrier for any shipment issues.
