Payment Terms and Conditions

Important Notice
At KamBri Solutions, we’re committed to providing reliable and timely background check and document services. Due to rising operational costs and our ongoing investment in improving service quality, some of our prices will be updated starting August 24th, 2025. We remain dedicated to offering excellent value and high-quality service for all your needs.

At KamBri Solutions LLC, we value our clients and strive to provide the best possible service. Below are our standard payment terms and conditions for all background screening services:

1. Payment Methods
KamBri Solutions LLC accepts the following forms of payment:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

• Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Google Pay

• PayPal

• ACH Bank Transfer

• Checks (For approved clients only)

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

2. Payment Due Dates

• Personal Background Checks: Full payment is required prior to the commencement of services. Once the payment is received, KamBri Solutions LLC will begin processing your request.

• Corporate/Business Accounts: Full payment is required prior to the commencement of services. Once the payment is received, KamBri Solutions LLC will begin processing your request.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of background screening services, KamBri Solutions LLC maintains the following refund policy:

• Once the background check process has begun, payments are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the report. If a request is canceled before processing, a refund minus a $5 administrative fee will be issued.

4. Service Fees
Some services may require additional fees depending on the complexity and scope of the requested background check. Any additional fees will be communicated clearly to the client before services commence.

5. Dispute Resolution
If there is a discrepancy in the charges or a dispute regarding the invoice, the client must notify KamBri Solutions LLC within 7 business days of receiving the invoice. All efforts will be made to resolve the dispute in a timely manner.

6. Recurring Services
For clients utilizing recurring background check services (e.g., monthly or quarterly checks), payments will be billed automatically according to the agreed-upon schedule. Clients may cancel recurring services by providing a written notice 30 days in advance.

7. Custom Service Packages
KamBri Solutions LLC currently does not offer custom packages for businesses and organizations with large or complex screening needs.

8. Confidentiality and Data Security
KamBri Solutions LLC takes the confidentiality and security of your payment information seriously. We utilize industry-standard encryption and data protection measures to ensure all transactions are secure.
